I designed this with a friend for a RetroPie and I wanted to print it in one piece to the ol' Ender3V2.  (https://retropie.org.uk)

It was inspired by this model, but it was modeled from scratch.

It was intended to be used with on of those Aliexpress arcade controller kits.

The board we used is an SJ@JX, there's 6 main buttons (30mm each) 2 more (30 mm) buttons in from of them and Start and Select (24 mm in the front of the joystick)

Apologies for the questionable CAD practices, I am still new at this.
 

Fasteners:

• bottom cover: 10 x 2.5mm screws
• board: 4 x 2.5mm screws
• joystick: 4 x M4 nut and bolt

Print Setting:

• filament: PLA (anything will work probably)
• temperature: 215C
• nozzle: 0.4mm
• layer-height: 0.20mm
• perimeters: 3
• infill: 15%
• external perimeters first
• fuzzy skin (I used super light  settings 0.1mm if I remember correctly, it gives it s super nice finish and hides the Z artifacts that the old Ender3V2 tends to make)
