This is a 1/16" Ball link for use in R/C, robotics and animatronics projects, but it is very much a work in progress. I believe I have all the specs correct, however, I'm having some difficulty getting a good print. The cup prints okay but it might be that the ball itself is just too small to get anything but a blobby mess. I tried a few different print settings but couldn't get anything usable.

Please, feel free to apply any of your experiences in printing smaller objects to improve upon this or provide a good start for print settings in the comments.

The design is based on the Great Planes model part GPMQ3843. I could never reproduce the quality of their metal parts, but I thought this might make for a good experiment in DIY robotics parts.
