🚧 This is a work-in-progress. TL;DR: the phone holder works fine and can be mounted directly to a monitor. If you want the phone to rotate (my original intention), the other parts need some improvements.

I wanted a mount for my phone to use as a Continuity Camera. Basically every design I found mounts the phone at the top of the monitor, which was too high for me.

To mount, just use a Command Strip, 3M adhesive, or some double-sided tape to hold in place.

Notes:

The idea was to get a version that allowed adjusting the phone horizontally. After some testing, I realized some flaws with the current design:

• the screw mount is entirely too fragile/walls too thin
• my monitor's curvature places the phone perfectly toward my face

With that in mind, the part named “Phone holder” can be attached directly to the monitor. It's simpler, sturdier, and works fine. That part could be made into a vase-mode version with little work.
