I took the model by shuylife and did a couple of rough-broad cuts to allow space for the Raspberry Pi 4 ports.    It is a good model to start with and worked very well for me. 

If you are adventurous and want to remix further: 

• The screw bosses are too big for the M2 screw holes on the raspberry pi 4 – so you'll need to use self-tapping screws
• the rough cuts I made fit – but one could take the time to make smaller holes
• The design could be optimized to print without requiring so much support material: 
  • Lower the RPI mounting platform to level with the bed and increase the height of the screw bosses
  • Change the upper screen lip to be 45 degree triangle instead of an overhang.

If not, you'll need supports in several areas for this to print well.
