Inspired by another spool roller that is on Printables, but designed by me in Blender from scratch specifically to fit bearings and axles I already had. Shouldn't be difficult to alter it to whatever you like from within PrusaSlicer by using some cylinder shapes as positive or negative booleans.  Maybe some variation on it could work as rollers for some kind of aggregate materials conveyor belt system.  You're more than welcome to upload your own variation of the design.

No supports needed. Printed with quite standard 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2 mm layers settings very well. Can't imagine any reason it wouldn't print well with practically any nozzle size or layer thickness settings.

Filament spool pictured is the widest one I have obtained so far, and barely fits.
