The hinge on this headset tends to be a failure point for many people who like to keep one ear open while wearing the HyperX Cloud IIs. This plastic component keeps the earcup attached to the head strap making the headphones unusable if just one breaks. My coworker commissioned me to help repair her headset and I took the opportunity to practice some practical Fusion 360 CAD modeling. I used Calipers and a bevel tool to create as close to a perfect replica as possible. It isn't perfect though, so I did also include the STEP file and F3D files for anyone who wants to modify it.
