The design inspired by internet. Phone is placed with 30 degree tilt, in portrait mode phone doesn't touch the surface. Ball diameter is 11cm, it has slot for pens or other office supplies.

I used no-name charger from China, but model is mostly parametric and could be easily adjusted. Cable from charger goes down, following the surface of the ball. Small piece of 3M double sided tape holds MagSafe in place.

Slicing

No supports are needed. 2% infill is okay. Overall balance with phone is shifted, so I added a pause after 2/3 to add weights inside. ~110g of filament and 10 hours of printing on Ender 3.

The trickiest part was to add fuzzy skin outside, but preserve smooth surface in slots for cable and charger. I created negative for my model, offset all planes by 1mm and used as a modifier volume in the slicer.

Printing

I've used PLA. I filled back part of the model with sand, approximately 170g. Unfortunately I ruined layers adhesion and was forced to reprint and glue top part. I believe with more experience you can make no seam after the pause.
