Surge protector mount, with a 1.5" wide x 1.25" tall opening. 

Will fit between outlets spaced 0.5" or more apart. 

There is a countersunk hole on each end, that should accept up to #8 (5/32") screws…though, the head may sit a little proud, with larger sized countersunk screws.

V1 has all 90 degree angles.

V2 has angle relief by the screw holes, on the base.

Print on side, for best results. No supports needed. Any material you want.

My settings…

PLA

Layer lines: 0.2mm

Line width: 0.4mm

Wall count: 3 ea

Top/Bottom layers: 4 ea (for extra structural support)

Infill: 10-25% (it needs to retain a little flexibility for if surge protector is SLIGHTLY larger)

Infill pattern: anything

Build plate adhesion: brim (to relieve cooling strain on sharp first layer angles)
