Summary
Front bumper coming soon
This is a light bar for 250 H-frame style quad. It will hold a six LED strip of lights. The holes on the bar portion are wire passthroughs to afford the connections a little bit of protection and strain-relief; same as the other square holes. The flat portion is meant to fit between the two bottom plates of the quad. The hole spacing should fit a variety of brands and you reuse the screws that attach the plates to the posts.
Its size is 112mm L x 10.5 H. The flat portion's width is 50mm at its widest point and is 3mm thick. I can make a 5mm is there is interest 100mm of the total length was necessary to fit six LEDs.

How I Designed This
Sketchup
Necessity is the mother of invention, and I wanted something to act as a rear bumper, support LED lights and be easy to install; integrating itself into the pre-existing frame structures and utilizing hardware already used within the frame.
Instructions
I printed mine at 50% infill, 2 perimeters, 0.2 layer height, 0.4 nozzle. Using PLA at those specs the final weight is 8.4 grams.
