This is a lamp I created while playing around with some filament samples and a few designs for vase mode in Shapr3d. I expanded on the idea and made it into a full project.

To make one you'll need to print the diffuser, the round base, and one of the inner LED mount pieces.

You will also need some hardware, I have included links to the exact pieces I used. You will need:

Note: I would advise making sure you get one with a decent cord length, the one linked above only has about a 3 foot cord limiting where you can place it.

In addition to the above, you'll need some wire, solder, some CA glue and optional kicker. If you use the LED mount with the screw holes, you'll need 2 M2x6 or shorter screws as well.

To print the diffuser you can use either a translucent filament in spiral vase mode, or for a frosted glass effect you can print using transparent PLA and fuzzy skin.

In the example pictures, the vase mode version was done in Protopasta Nebula Stardust HTPLA, and my settings were:

The base pieces were printed in Sunlu Black Recycled PLA. The LED module does get warm when it's on, but I haven't noticed it causing any issues being glued down to the mounting plate in my prototype model. If you think the temperature might be a concern, I have also included a version with printed standoffs to give more air flow around the LED PCB, or you can print the mount piece in ASA or ABS.

To print the base you'll need to have your retraction dialed in to prevent stringing around the vent holes, and good tolerance. Where the switch and barrel jack are put in place, I have added 0.2mm tolerances, but you may need to adjust the model to work well for your printer with the included step files.

To assemble the lamp: 

Print all the parts and make sure they fit together nicely with each other and the hardware. The diffuser and base were designed with a 0.2mm tolerance between them so it should be easy to insert and remove. Likewise the barrel jack should press fit into place tightly.

Solder wire leads to the positive and negative pads on the LED module if it doesn't have them already, and thread them through the hole in the LED mount plate. You can then mount the LED module to the plate with either the glue or screws.

Solder a wire lead from the positive terminal of the barrel jack to the center terminal on the toggle switch. 

Solder the negative lead from the LED module onto the negative terminal of the barrel jack, and the positive lead from the LED module onto one of the outer terminals of the toggle switch.

At this point it's a good idea to plug in the assembly and make sure the LEDs get power, and the switch turns the lamp on and off.

Glue the barrel jack and switch into their positions. The barrel jack should be a tight press fit into place. The switch is a little tricky, and a looser fit, you'll need to hold it in place till the glue sets or use some kicker on it. Lastly glue the LED plate into place and likewise hold or clamp until it sets, and use kicker on it as well.

Lastly after the glue has dried, you can put the diffuser in place.
