These are some models I designed years ago for my simple Ikea Lack shelf. I also wrote a bit about it on my website.

The filament holder uses a plastic rod I had with 15.7mm diameter and a length of 57cm.

For the bottom I used a piece of wood with 17mm thickness, as well as four wheels that can withstand the high load.

The light switches simply control some 12V LED strips.
