This is a simple support for running a 2" PVC pipe parallel to a 2x4 board. My specific use-case was to create a 'sled' for my kayak so I can easily load and unload it from my truck and wheel it to and from the garage.

Notes:

Probably want to print pretty with a good amount of infill and a strong material depending on what you're putting on it. I believe I used 40% infill on PETG for my Hobie Outback.
