Made this for a costume a few years ago.

The compass pin was made in 2 parts to make it easier to paint.
I used hot glue and pins from a hobby store to attach the anchor and compass to my shirt.
I suggest making the compass arrows and/or the base thinner or use a lower density when printing. Otherwise, it'll be a little heavy for a pin.
The small ring was for the sailor tie/ascot Gappy wears.
