I recommend at least 3 layer walls for lower section, I've used slic3r and Cura. First one failed and leaked because I did not have good layer adhesion. I upped the Temp and went from 2 to 3 layers, That worked. But pay attention to what the Manufacture recommends. I did not exceed it on either of the prints I did (three different PLA's three different Tempuratures).
