Requirements:
- Create order at workplaces and be able to store objects “upright”
- Secure objects
- Fit objects with different shapes and sizes
- Have a grid and be expandable
- Must be able to be manufactured without additional components
- Be quick to print
- Need little printing material
- Do not need any support if possible
- Nice Design
Idea:
For this reason, I have created a holder/stand/organizer system, which consists of two modules. The body accommodates a tool insert and thus allows the body to be reused in case the objects change.
The body:
Consists of a grid of 25mm. In this case, I limited myself to a fixed depth of 50mm and a width of 200mm. Two heights are available, 75mm and 100mm. These (~70g for 100mm height) no longer need to be reprinted (~3.5h) for adjustments. The surfaces are deliberately kept smooth to make it easier to remove dust. The tool holder has a small edge on which the tool insert can be inserted without screws. 6 small corners in the tool holder offer the possibility to use less support and at the same time ensure more friction and support for the tool insert.
Tool Insert:
The tool inlay is a 4mm high rectangle that can be easily created and replaced at will and depending on the objects. Thus, new holders can be created with the lowest material requirement (~10g) and time (~45min).

Print Setup:
- Prusa MK3S
- 0.4 Nozzle 0.30mm DRAFT Preset
- 90% Speed
- 20% Gyroid Infill
- Smooth spring steel plate with double-sided PEI layer
- Geetech PLA Silver Silk (Generic PLA Settings)
- 2 organic supports. Supports only on the print bed + Organic support + Support blocker (body)
- No support (tool inserts)
