This is a simple case for the SCD41 sensor breakout form Pimoroni. Only the top of the sensor is exposed which minimizes the dead volume and therefore ensures quick sensor response. The shield in front of the sensor protects it from radiated heat, drafts and splashes.

Use 90° goldpins on the underside of the PCB, mounted towards the sensor. The case grabs a 4mm outer diameter cable providing strain relief. Use a soldering iron to mount the cover to the top of the case and melt the posts protruding through the PCB holes. The two halves snap together.
