Rail covers for M-LOK handguards. Copied from Slate Black Industries' Slate Grip. Comes in various lengths. Designed for M5 screws with countersunk heads, but smaller screws should also work.
Print with the MLOK side down with support. You can print with the MLOK side up without support but the edges are likely to warp.
