The .stl files are oriented in a way that allows the logo to be printed into each piece (top/bottom). To do this, print the logo first, with a .4mm nozzle and don't remove it from the print bed. Then, with the logo still on the print bed, print the top/bottom piece around it. This will make sure the logo is flush with the top/bottom surfaces. However, the logo can also be printed separately and glued into place.

Note: This was my first version.  I'm working on another version that takes less turns to separate the two pieces. This version takes about 9 turns to screw/unscrew. lol Sorry about that; but hey, its' just extra secure!
