This is a coupling bearing, the purpose being to visualize the movement of the bearing and how it would fit into an existing structure. 

printed on an Ender 3 v2, 0.12mm layer height in Esun Black  PLA+, Overture Red PETG and Bambu White TPU. although all parts can be printed in PLA with only the wiper seal in being TPU.

everything was scaled to 50% size in slicer from the model i made to fit the printer.

Making this model was also an exercise in using master sketch modeling, where one overarching sketch is used to make multiple parts.

For assembly, the part bearing bottom requires the “Teflon” insert to be inserted and then sealed off inside the assembly by gluing the bearing bottom seal. the rest of the assembly is pretty straight forward since the parts will likely snap together.
