I designed this very quickly so I bet you'll run into issues if you push the parameters too hard. One of our chickens has some sort of issue or injury that lets her leg bend way too far. This brace restricts her leg to more natural angles and keeps it from bending sideways. While I am certainly unqualified to design medical equipment for birds, this is clearly better than nothing and definitely helping her. Don't hesitate to give me some honest feedback if you actually understand bird anatomy.

Instructions

Adjust Fusion parameters to roughly match your bird's leg (I just guessed so I didn't have to bother her with callipers). Print in TPU (mine is 60D or about 100A so adjust thickness if yours differs significantly in hardness). 

Apply bandage or something else soft before attaching the brace. If your feathered friend is inclined to remove things attached to their leg, you'll probably want to cover the brace with some sort of bandage as well.
