If you hate having to go behind your FlashForge AD5M every time you turn it on, this may be for you.
This started when I needed to move the printer to a location where getting to the back would always require moving the 3D printer just to turn it on.
I mounted the box on the 2 screws that the filament sensor used to be.
For the mounting plate, I use aluminium since the 3D printed plate broke too easily.
The aluminium plate is 2x30x70mm, but don't make it first since many printers are off slightly.
Make the box first and size the plate to it.

Wiring could not be simpler.
Cut the sacrificial power cord to the length needed for where you mount the switch.
To do this. Plug the cord into the printer and dress to where you will mount it. Leave 4-6 inches( 100-150mm) extra to adjust with.
In the sacrificial power cord, WHITE is NUTRAL, BLACK is HOT/POWER, GREEN is GROUND.
Connect the WHITE and GREEN to NUTRAL and GROUND on the power plug(ref picture).
DO NOT REVERSE NUTRAL and HOT ON POWER PLUG. It would cause a short to ground in the house wiring when plugged in
Connect BLACK to one side of the switch, and a jumper from the other side of the switch to the remaining HOT on the power plug.
