The top part has a large overhang so print it with a small layer height (0.1mm), a large wall thickness (>=0.6mm) and retraction enabled. There might still be some imperfections but only on the inside, you can easily take them off and will still have a nice and smooth outside.

The bottom part is straight forward you can go quicker with a larger layer height.
