This Torii (鳥居) gate design is called "Inari" (稲荷) the God of Harvest in Japan.
Like some of my public designs on my account, I created this gate in pieces in order to use different color filament or hand/spray paint however you like!
All separated pieces to make this model whole have square and round male-end pegs and connects to the appropriate female end. The stancions have a square hole so that anyone can make a plate or something to attached this model as they please.
As you see the middle plank called “Nuki”, there is a ledge protruding from the front. This is for placing letters and other items on there.
DOES NOT come with a model chain-link to attach the “Square Plate”!
Recommended slicer settings based on Cura by Ultimaker:
Quality: Standard or Higher
Print Speed: For the Hashira and Kasagi can be 40-50 mm/s.
All others can be 70 or higher mm/s.
Supports: Definitely for the Hashira, Kasagi, and Daiwa but for the other models is at your discretion and may not need it. If ever in doubt, support it out!
I designed this because of my interest and respect to the Japanese culture and architecture!
