This is a simple dresser hook. 
I mounted these hooks to some birch wood. I have used PLA and was concerned, that layer adhesion may not suffice, but they seem to hold up fine. 
A version with a flat and a curved back is included. Only the latter requires supports. The flat version is for walls, the curved one for wood.
Screws can be hidden using two screw caps. There is a tighter and a looser cap model.
