Wall mount for wiha screwdrivers, but any screwdriver with a 13mm circle on the bottom on the handle will work fine id wager  (Photos list the cheaper wiha drivers, but the softfinish ones have the same dimensions so will work aswel  countersunk holes fit a 4mm screw nicely

Printed in pla with 0.6mm nozzle .4mm layer height on ender 3 

hole is in the desing 14mm, it ended after printing with an 13.5mm hole wich was a loose but secure fit, if its to loose let me know and ill update the change
