I was looking for a Nextruder single nozzle box (mind you, when your eyes go from eagle to mole due to age, nozzle dot counting after a mishap will turn out to be a guessing game…), since an ObXidian nozzle I got from Prusa was bulk packaged.

The box was supposed to fit the nozzle box trays available for download and I wanted a cap that would click on easily and sit firmly with no flimsy and fragile locking clips. Well, I was out of luck.

So I designed this nozzle box and made labeled versions for all variations of Nextruder nozzles available from Prusa. The cap clicks closed easily and stays firmly in place. The nozzle slips easily in the box and doesn't have much room to manouver when the box is closed.

The cap is supposed to be printed with PETG due to the requirement of some flexibility for the click lock. The box itself could probably be printed from other materials, though I did use PETG, too.

Never mind the photo quality. I did need something functional and had Jet Black loaded in the printer, so I used it.
