Celebrating the first win of a Brazilian barista in the World Barista Championship 2023, I designed this device based on the one used by Boram Um in his presentation.

Espresso extract chilling device, made to support a 3cm stainless steel sphere. The unit can be used on both sides to raise or lower the sphere and get it closer to the portafilter.

I am still working on a way to make a surface that is easy to print but also is not slippery over a espresso cup. Any ideas are appreciated! The unit shown on the picture is a different iteration.
