Got a bruise from snowboarding by bending my thumb in the wrong direction. wasn't broken so the recommendation from the doc was to buy a regular protector. I figured out I can print myself, and do even better!

In Blender, I opened a scan of a hand in an idle position and created the mesh around it. 

It didn't fit my hand exactly (the original hand scan is from the market), so I heated up one side with boiled water and bent it to fit my arm.
