Note: these prints are very hacky and simple. Would not recommend printing because:
- long print time
- large amount of print material
- not straightforward assembly/tuning
- lack of stress-testing.
Requires
- 5A drum stick for mounting
- Tape (for wrapping around the drum stick)
- Adhesive/glue for construction
Recommended
- Rubber mallet for lightly hammering in drum stick
- Using against a wall for support/stability
- The recommended print orientation is in the .3mf file
Assembly notes
- The drum stick for mounting is friction-fit (which is strong/stable enough I guess). The hole is oversized and I gradually added tape to the stick to add thickness until I could hammer it in snug.
- KickSwivelStoppers are used for stabilizing the trigger. I printed 2 of them; they are glued on top of the main piece and press against the left/right side of the bottom edge of the trigger
- KickClampNegative is for interfacing with your kick pedal clamp. Glue to the stand based on your ideal kick pedal location.
