The two versions are the 3GearBase and 5GearBase, both use 1 ControlGear and 1 PlateGear. 

The 3GearBase uses 1 MiddleGear.  The 5GearBase uses 3 MiddleGears.

If you don’t want to use the TopPlate then use PlateGearWithoutTop.
