Solid Bed Mounts for Ender 3 Bed.  Should work on Ender 3 pro as well as other models.

Recommend printing with ABS or ASA for heat tolerance.

Designed to work with the screws included with the printer tolerances are somewhat tight.  You may want to stretch the model by a 0.5-1mm so that the screws slide in.  

One mount is designed slightly shorter to nestle into the bed wire harness.  

Since all beds are different, be prepared to shim the mounts as needed to achieve level.  Also please don't forget to change your z-stop!
