Pac-Man Coasters for my growing at home arcade. I printed them at 30% infill, which works great. I have not temperature tested them for hot drinks, but I would assume a higher infill would be a requirement.

I used 1/8" craft foam, modge podged to the back to produce the black irises and it helps collect a little condensation. It also helps keep them from sliding.

In hindsight, I could have printed these with different color filament and simply painted the eyes, however, I had paint on hand and not enough colored filament. I also did a few coats of water resistant acrylic spray gloss.

Be sure to let them cool completely before removing them from the plate to ensure they stay flat. I did have a first run print curl a little when I removed it too soon.
