This is a reusable spool designed to fit eSUN 1 kg refill filament

Its designed to be:

• Reliable and safe; wont unscrew itself by accident
• Easy to print
• Use less material than the original version made by eSUN
• No need for additional nuts and screws. Everything is 3D printed
• Holes to secure the filament tip that holds it securely while not bending the filament too much and that does not interfere with stacking spools 

Dimensions:

• Inner hole diameter: 55 mm
• Spool core support: 81 mm
• Outer rim: 200 mm
• Rim wall thickness: 3 mm
• Spool outer width: 65.2 mm
• Spool inner width: 59.2 mm

Printing:

• Screws are designed to be printed flat and the threads are designed with sufficient tolerance
• The rest can be printed with normal settings. If you would like the spool to be stiffer, you can increase the top, bottom and wall counts

Assembly:

• Place the refill filament on the lower part and line the cutout in the carboard core with the notch. 
• Place top spool part and insert the screws. Tighten lightly with a flat head screwdriver
• Remove bands that secure the filament and secure the filament tip in the included holes or with your favorite filament clip
