Fully parameterized/customizable Nametag created on OpenScad.

Open the .scad file using OpenScad. All options should be on the right side of the window under “Custom Nameplate Configuration” tab.

You can type ANY TEXT you want, choose its size and font. (The baseplate size will adjust automatically based on what you typed and font options)

To change the font, click on Help → Font List:

Select the Font you want and click on “Copy to Clipboard”:

Paste the font name on the parameter “text_font” (Make sure to remove the “" quotation marks from the copied text:

There are quite a few other possible customizations:

Hole size (0 = no hole):

Corner Radius (0 = square baseplate):

Baseplate and Text Thickness:

To create the .stl file:

After making your adjustments, render the model (F6 key), then export the .stl for printing (F7 key):
