REVO hotend cost about 120usd from BiQU panda series or in AliExpress. 

But just Nozzle with heater and thermistor about 25usd.

Rest what you need is radiator what you can make yourself or order from PCBway about 30usd. I found cheaper version, order hotend from Aliexpress or amazon and drill hole 3.5mm, after make thread 4mm (M4) and some spring from and pen or other material can find easy. 

Total savings almost ⅔ or 60% of price.
