I used LowRob's idea and redesigned it more to my liking - but the exact same concept.

I recommend a height range modifier from the build surface up to 35mm and make it a “Fuzzy Skin” for easier grip.

You should be able to print it with whatever nozzle you have on your machine.  I printed it with a .6 nozzle and .4 layer height and the teeth hold perfectly without over-biting.

This tool gives you a very comfortable nozzle change experience.

Plus you can store it in your z axis top support.

Copy it and tweak it to your liking in OnShape if you're inclined.
