Couldn't find a wrench hanger that had actual pegboard hooks on it, so I took the varnerrants wrench holder and added pegs from the Pegstr parametric script.
The close up shows how the pegs look on the one I printed without any supports.

Notes:
I had some adhesion problems with the hooks and the outer edges of the top of the holder, you may want to use a raft or brim to make sure things don't shift.
