This clip allows the retention of wires using a zip tie.  The integral channel retains the Zip Tie while collecting the wires.  This clip is securely mounted on the 2020 extrusion with a screw and cleat to limit movement of final assembly.  The wires are intended to run parallel with the 2020 extrusion.  These are designed to use 5mm mounting screws.

The Zip Tie channel includes a radius at the exit point to minimize stress on the Zip Tie.  The side supports ease the assembly of wires and help retain the same in harsh environments.  The design allows for the support of many wires in a single bundle. The low profile provides a cleaner installation while improving the overall wire routing appearance.

There are three styles. The 10mm wide clip is good for a few wires.  The 15mm wide clip is good for many wires.  The clip without the channel cleat is for use where wires need to route in other orientations or to mount wires to other materials.

I print these on edge to eliminate supports in the Zip channel.  I use the Prusa Slicer with Snug supports for easy cleanup.  The profile of this part precludes the need for infill.
