I had a lot of trouble with too much friction with the existing model, and needed to tweak it to prevent my extruder from skipping steps. While doing so, I ended up re-modeling everything from scratch with the existing model as a base. The FreeCAD files are attached, so you can easily remix this.
Tested to work with the Polymaker 5kg spool, which is 160mm wide. Used with a Qidi Q1 Pro printer.

Instructions
Determine if your bearings have too much friction. I only had good results once I could spin them freely. If they have too much friction:
Remove the bearing shields using a metal pick
Wash the old grease out using soap and water
Add new teflon spray lube (a thin oil would be fine as well)
Press the bearings into the roller.
Place the bearings on a table
Place a roller onto the bearing, and push down hard (approx 60lbs/30kg) to press the bearing into place.
If you aren't able to press hard enough, you can also use a rubber mallet or a hammer with some wood in between
Screw the frame sides onto the base using the M3 bolts
