This is a supplemental bumper to add protection to the Surface Duo 2 (unsure if it will work with the original) where the official bumper stops. This design can be used for both screens to add protection near the hinge on the bottom of the phone.

The non-rounded model can be printed in PLA and shaped on a standard extrusion printer, however the pre-filleted model requires a higher resolution printer than what I have, so the photos are all going to be of the non-filleted model.

I used 3M 77 spray, but any bond that works with rubbers and plastics should work. I would avoid permanent glues like Super Glue or Gorilla Glue, but any surface contact adhesive should work.
