For printing in FDM you will need to scale up the model. Printing with SLA works great - with a lot of support structures.

Original designed by Tommy Kong (thing:416742) and remixed by 3DWP (thing:807996). It's solid and has a minimum feature size of 1 mm (0.039 inch).
