Summary

This is an improved double ended Limit switch . It was necessary to redesign the limit switch that I'm using on my "hot tub cnc machine" . The switch body now takes up less space .Also its sealed up better then the previous one. There is a bracket provided to make it possible to mount in 2 different orientations . Part 58 must slide smoothly back and forth so I made it .5 mm oversize . This way it can be chucked up in a hand drill and sanded smooth while its spinning . I Bolted Part 56 and 55 together with 4 M3 25 mm long nuts and bolts Then I drilled out the Holes in the ends that part 58 slides back and forth in with an 8.5 mm drill bit . The springs that get installed on part 58 are from an anti backlash nut but I'm sure you can find them at a hardware store too.There about 10 mm in diameter and 25mm long. The Bolts are all M3.Some are 25 mm long some are 30 mm long There 4 that ar12 MM long . The 2 that hold the Limit switch pc board to the switch housing need to be extremely short and possibly dressed with a file so that they don't stick out too far. A M3 threaded rod goes all the way thru part 58 and part 60 or 60.1 screws onto the ends of it .
