These Don't Fly. Here's the challenge!

If you know about flight maybe you can make them work, please remix and tweak to make it fly if you can. I don't have a clue. Best flight I got is when I put them together like this:

Please don't make me make 100 random versions to tune this thing. 

If you make a nice remix that flies I will give you a prize.
