This is a nut that I can hand tighten to hold my Dremel in a jig.

It's a 3/4" 12 tpi thread nut that will clamp the Dremel to a 2mm thick plate. The hole in the plate is 19mm.

If you use a thicker plate then you should drill the hole 25mm so that the larger shoulder seats on the surface. My plate is 3.7mm thick and the recess is 2mm.

On my printer I printed it scaled 101% in the radial directions to make the fit slightly looser but 100% threaded on fine. 

It is usually better to use "Exclusive" slicing tolerance setting in Cura ("Experimental") when printing threads else the threads are printed tighter by ½ the line width on the radius.

Added the mounting plate I used for the Dremel to be used as sliding saw, in my case to cut a very shallow thin line in a piezo buzzer. It is not great for axial loading, for that you should add a triangular stiffener (gusset) at the corner or strap your Dremel down so that is has no give in the axial direction.

If you want to design your own thing then use the “Plate Only” step file as a start.
