I printed this in “marble” PLA.  

This is still a work in progress.  I have more ideas about this :)

Use the “glow” model for printing glow in the dark doors and JRR symbol.  Slice, then at the layer where the design begins, pause print and change filament from a “glow” filament to a solid dark filament.
