This is our model of a 3D-printed cooling pad for a laptop. It reduces the temperature of your device and can also boost performance.
This design is inspired by the one from Mycero, but it is designed from scratch and it is pretty easy to print and build.
What will I need?
3D printer with build volume 225x225mm (Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro for example)
At least 200 g of PLA filament
2x 120mm fans (Arctic P12 for example)
Step-Up module
Double-sided tape
Six M3x8 screws and a screwdriver
Soldering Iron and multimeter
What are the print settings?
You can use a preset profile for your printer or any other that you want, there is nothing special to focus on. We used a preset profile with 0.24mm layer height and 20% infill.
Is there a tutorial on how to build it?
Yes, we have an entire article about this pad, even with performance testing. Unfortunately, It's in the Czech language, but you can use an integrated translator in your browser.
