Summary

A more comfortable grip for the 3D scanner, easier maneuvering.
Print without supports. The holes are 4mm, but you can add walls and use a drill to make them larger. I used M5 bolts. Print part1 first, it may turn out to be quite a tight fit, then add some scale.
