Gather these things:

• a watch face and 3 watch pins
• the two watch straps
• the watch clasp piece's
• the band holder

take the longer watch strap and slide the pin through the hole on the flat end. then pop the end of the pin into the watch lug and make sure that the strap is facing up. press down the pin and slide it into the other lug.

Repeat with the other strap

take the holder and put it onto the shorter strap.

find the shorter band and locate the notch at the end. put the clasp arm into the notch and slide the last pin through. finally, take the other part of the clasp and pop it over the ends of the pins.
