That link has a video that shows it's y axis adjustability, but I also increased some tolerances for the top screws to allow for some minor x Axis adjustment.
hardware needed:
4x m3x20mm
2x m3 tnuts
2x m3 nuts
1x 608zz skateboard bearing
depending on your screws it may require washers on the 2 top screws. (i have included some washers in the event you dont have any)
no supports needed.
