Summary
Here are four inserts to customize a storage case for the Sony FE 200-600mm lens.
They are designed to be used with the SKB iSeries Waterproof Model 3i-1706-6B-E Utility Case, which must be purchased separately.
Also required: 10mm thick closed-cell foam (I used an old foam pad that was intended for use as a sleeping pad for hikers) and a tube of silicone sealant/adhesive.
There will be room in the assembled case to also store 1 or 2 Sony teleconverters in their own factory-supplied cases.

After printing, cut pieces of the 10mm foam pad for each of the inserts as shown in the photos. Glue the foam to the inserts using silicone sealant/adhesive,
Cut a piece of 10mm foam pad to go on one end of the utility case as shown in one of the photos. Glue it inside of the bottom part of the case with silicone sealant. The front end of the lens cap will rest against this foam pad.
Determine the locations where the inserts need to be placed in the SKB Utility Case, using the lens as a guide. Use a thick bead of silicone sealant/adhesive to mount the two bottom inserts. The lens can be used as a weight while the sealant cures (24 hours recommended.)
In a similar manner, determine where the two inserts need to be glued in the top of the case, and glue them in with silicone sealant.

Note the foam pad on the far end of the case.
